By accessing or using CHARTER you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

CHARTER connects travellers with verified fleet operators. Except where stated otherwise, CHARTER provides technology — not vehicles — and facilitates bookings, payments, and trip management.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Role-specific portals (customer, affiliate, partner) are granted according to your account type.

Quotes, deposits, and cancellation windows follow the product class policy shown at booking time. Disputes should be raised through the support desk before initiating chargebacks.

Operators listing vehicles warrant accuracy of listings, valid insurance, roadworthiness, and compliance with applicable transport and rental regulations.

You may not misuse the platform for fraud, unauthorised scraping, circumventing rate limits, or exploiting live tracking data outside its intended trip-management purpose.

The CHARTER brand, software, and platform content remain the property of Seen Technologies. No licence is granted except as required to use the service.

To the extent permitted by law, CHARTER liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts in Nairobi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
