Seen Technologies operates CHARTER as data controller for platform account and booking data, unless you interact solely through a fleet partner who acts as an independent controller for fulfilment.

We collect account details, booking and payment metadata, identity verification documents where required, device and session information, and — during active trips where enabled — location signals for safety and trip tracking.

Processing is based on contract performance (bookings), legal obligation (tax and regulatory records), and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement.

We share data with fleet partners to fulfil bookings, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and authorities when legally required. Transfers outside Kenya use appropriate safeguards.

Booking and financial records are retained per regulatory schedules. Marketing preferences are honoured immediately upon opt-out.
